Neurofeedback

"I think neurofeedback is a very interesting technology. It's like having a real-time view of your brain activity and being able to adjust it. I think it has a lot of potential for improving human performance." - Elon Musk

"Neurofeedback simply stabilizes the brain and increases resiliency, allowing us to develop more choices in how to respond...To my knowledge no other treatment has achieved such a marked improvement in executive functioning, which predicts how well a person will function in relationships, in school performance, and at work." - Bessel Van Der Kolk, M.D., best-selling author of The Body Keeps The Score

What is Neurofeedback?

Think of neurofeedback (NFB) as a kind of "brain gym" where you can train your brain to be more resilient and flexible. It's a bit like learning to adjust the volume on a radio to get the clearest signal - in this case, the signal is your brain's activity, and NFB helps you fine-tune it.

NFB helps treat various psychological disorders by shaping the way the brain behaves. This shaping improves the efficiency of the brain and provides the ideal functioning for healing and development to occur. NFB has been shown in hundreds of clinical studies to be an effective therapy for numerous cognitive, emotional, and neurological conditions, and improvements have been shown to endure long after the treatment course is completed.

Smiling Girl

"I’m seeing exactly what I wanted to see. I’m more open to love, feel love better. My chronic anxiety has faded as love and positive thoughts take over. I stand straighter and walk better. I wake up in the morning feeling positive thinking positive."

Happy Portrait

"Since neurofeedback, my thoughts don’t go as catastrophic. It used to be the worst-case-scenario when something stressful would happen at work or at home. Now I can truly consider and evaluate all of my options when faced with a challenge."
